Your free trial begins immediately after installing Oxify. You’ll have 14 days to explore all features and see how Oxify can boost your store’s conversions. After the trial ends, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the plan that matches your store’s order volume.
How will I be charged?
Oxify uses a simple, transparent billing model based on your store’s monthly order volume. Billing occurs through Shopify on a 30-day cycle. Your subscription tier is automatically adjusted based on your previous month’s performance, so you only pay for what you use.
What happens if my order volume changes?
No worries! Your plan automatically scales with your business. If your orders increase or decrease, your next billing cycle will reflect the appropriate tier. This ensures you’re always on the right plan for your store size.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to succeed with Oxify! If you’ve actively used the app and haven’t seen the results you expected, we’ll work with you to optimize your setup. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of billing and require demonstration of good-faith effort to utilize Oxify’s features. Refunds are not issued for simply not activating or using the product.
