Partner program questions, answered
How much commission do Oxify partners earn?
15% of the subscription revenue from the customers you refer, paid for 12 months from each customer's first paid subscription. Commission is calculated on net revenue, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks, and nothing is paid on free trials or unpaid accounts.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after month-end, by bank transfer, PayPal or another method agreed with you. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
Who gets credit for a referral?
Every referral goes through Oxify's official tracking system, and the first partner to register a qualified lead gets the credit. Oxify's records settle any dispute.
Who can join the Oxify Partner Program?
Agencies, consultants and app partners who work with Shopify merchants and eCommerce businesses. Partners work as independent contractors and must describe Oxify's pricing and features accurately. The full terms are in the partner program policy.
