Oxify vs Vitals

40+ store tools on one bill against an app built only to raise order value

Oxify publishes this comparison and makes Oxify Cart Drawer & Upsells.

The short answer

Vitals is the stronger buy if you want one bill for many jobs: $29.99/mo covers 40+ tools — product reviews, bundles, a cart drawer, sticky add-to-cart, visitor replays, pop-ups and more — with 4.9 stars across 2,950+ reviews and the Built for Shopify badge. Its cart drawer is one of those tools, and the price rises once Vitals' offers bring in $1,000 a month: $69.99 from there, $219.99 past $10,000. Oxify Cart Drawer & Upsells is the specialist — product page, cart drawer, post-purchase, thank-you page and Shopify Plus checkout offers in one plan billed on store orders — and it is cheaper than Vitals up to 200 orders a month and whenever upsell revenue is high for your order count.

Where a vendor’s own site and its App Store listing disagree, price follows the App Store — that is what Shopify bills — and features follow whichever source documents them, with the caveat named in the row.

What Vitals is

Where Vitals fits

Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+ has been on the App Store since March 2018 and holds 4.9 stars across 2,950+ reviews, with the Built for Shopify badge. It is not a cart app with extras but a suite of 40+ tools sharing one dashboard: product reviews with AliExpress import, bundles and upsells, trust badges, a countdown timer, a currency converter, visitor replays and heatmaps, pop-ups, email, back-in-stock alerts, theme sections and an AI page builder. The cart drawer is one module among them.

For raising order value, Vitals' Upsell Builder runs eight offer types — product bundles, volume discounts, buy X get Y, spending goals with up to 10 tiers, gift offers, related products, product add-ons and a one-click post-purchase offer — on product pages, in the cart, as add-to-cart and checkout-button pop-ups, and after payment. Its thank-you page offer is narrower: it re-offers the items a shopper was missing from a bundle, volume or BOGO deal. In-checkout upsells are marked “Soon” in its offer editor. The Cart Drawer shows Upsell Builder suggestions, goal and gift progress, a discount code field, order notes and messages from Vitals' announcement and Cart Notice apps.

The bill has two parts. The All-in-One plan is $29.99/mo with every tool. On top, Vitals meters six kinds of usage; the one that matters here is “direct revenue assists” — sales from Upsell Builder offers (post-purchase included), Back in Stock, push and pop-up codes. Under $1,000 a month it is free; $1,000–$5,000 adds $40, $5,000–$10,000 adds $90, $10,000–$20,000 adds $190, and each further $10,000 adds $100. A separate, smaller meter charges from $10 for sales assisted by tools such as sticky add-to-cart and reviews. Oxify bills only on total store orders, $9.99 to $149.99.

Vitals' App Store listing shows one plan, All-in-One at $29.99/mo, with usage fees starting after about $1,000 a month of Vitals-attributed sales “(from $10/mo)”. vitals.app/pricing and Vitals' help article on the plan, both read 13 October 2026, give the tiers: the $10 step is the smaller conversion-assist meter, while sales from upsell offers start at $40. The rows above count only those direct revenue assists; sales assisted by sticky add-to-cart, reviews and similar tools are metered separately from $10/mo, and visitor recordings above 1,000 page views a month from $16, so a store using those pays more than shown. The rows are illustrative store profiles, not quotes. Oxify bills purely on total store orders.

A cross means the feature is not documented on that app’s Shopify App Store listing or its vendor’s own site as of October 2026. Some vendors sell it as a separate app — where that is the case, the row says so.

The honest part

Where Vitals is the better choice

No app wins every row. These are the reasons to pick Vitals over Oxify.

One subscription for 40+ tools

Product reviews with photo, video and AliExpress import, bundles, a cart drawer, sticky add-to-cart, visitor replays and heatmaps, pop-ups, email, back-in-stock alerts and theme sections, for $29.99/mo before usage. If you would otherwise run a reviews app and an upsell app side by side, Vitals can cost less than the two together. Oxify does none of the non-upsell jobs.

2,950+ reviews over eight years

4.9 stars on more than seventy times Oxify's 40 reviews, with the Built for Shopify badge.

Cheaper at volume when its offers earn little

Vitals' base price does not rise with orders. A store doing 1,000 orders a month whose Vitals offers bring in under $1,000 pays $29.99 against Oxify's $49.99; above 3,000 orders with $5,000–$10,000 of attributed sales it is $119.99 against $149.99.

Offer pop-ups at add-to-cart and the checkout button

Volume, bundle and BOGO offers can pop up when a shopper adds to cart or clicks Checkout, and its spending goal floats on product, collection, cart and home pages. Oxify's listing does not name either placement.

FAQ

Oxify vs Vitals — common questions

How much does Vitals cost?

$29.99/mo for the All-in-One plan, which includes every Vitals tool, plus usage fees once you pass an included volume. For upsells the meter is “direct revenue assists”: free under $1,000 a month of sales from Vitals offers, then $40 for $1,000–$5,000, $90 for $5,000–$10,000, $190 for $10,000–$20,000 and $100 more per further $10,000 (vitals.app/pricing, read 13 October 2026). Other meters cover sales assisted by tools like sticky add-to-cart, visitor recordings, email contacts, captured leads and tracked shipments.

Is Vitals cheaper than Oxify?

It depends on your orders and on how much Vitals' offers sell. Up to 200 orders a month Oxify is cheaper ($9.99–$19.99 against $29.99). From 201 to 500 orders they match at $29.99 if Vitals-attributed sales stay under $1,000. Above 500 orders Vitals is cheaper while those sales stay low, and Oxify is cheaper once they are high for your order count — at 501–1,000 orders with $1,000–$5,000 of attributed sales, Oxify is $49.99 against $69.99. Past $10,000 a month Vitals is at least $219.99; Oxify's ceiling is $149.99.

Does Vitals have a cart drawer?

Yes, as one of its 40+ tools. Vitals' help centre says it shows Upsell Builder suggestions, spend-goal and gift progress, a discount code field, order notes, a disclaimer and messages from its Announcement Bar and Cart Notice apps. It does not describe gift wrap, shipping protection, subscription upgrades, cart sharing or a terms checkbox inside the drawer; Oxify Cart Drawer & Upsells has all five.

Does Vitals do post-purchase and checkout upsells?

Post-purchase, yes: a one-click offer after payment with up to five products, once Vitals is set as the store's post-purchase app. Its thank-you page offer re-offers items a shopper missed from a bundle, volume or BOGO deal. In-checkout upsells are marked “Soon” in its offer editor. Oxify includes post-purchase, thank-you page and Shopify Plus checkout offers in every plan.

Can I run Vitals and Oxify together?

Yes, if Vitals' Cart Drawer and upsell offers are switched off so the two do not both replace the cart or discount the same items — and only one app can run Shopify's post-purchase page. Keeping Vitals for reviews and other tools while Oxify runs the cart and upsells is a workable split.
