Thank you for choosing to use our app (“App”) available on the Shopify App Store. By installing or using our App, you (“User,” “Merchant,” or “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with Shopify’s Terms of Service. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. App Usage

You may use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify’s policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your store, theme, and any third-party apps are compatible with the App.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s code or functionality

  • Use the App to engage in unlawful, harmful, or misleading behavior

  • Violate any applicable laws or Shopify guidelines

3. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. The App may collect necessary data to function properly (e.g., store ID, product information, user settings). We do not sell or share your data with any third party without your consent.

4. Billing & Subscription

The App may include a subscription fee or usage-based charges, which are handled through Shopify’s billing system. By using the App, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the pricing plan you’ve selected.

  • You are responsible for uninstalling the App before the billing date if you do not wish to be charged.

  • Refunds are only provided in limited cases as outlined in our [Refund Policy].

5. Support & Updates

We offer support to help you use and troubleshoot the App. The App may be updated or modified from time to time for performance improvements, bug fixes, or new features.

We are not liable for any issues arising from incompatibility with third-party themes, apps, or custom code.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

  • Required by law or Shopify

Upon termination, your access to the App and associated data may be removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the App

  • App downtime, bugs, or data loss

  • Third-party integrations or theme conflicts

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your expectations or requirements.
