Merchants running Oxify

The cheapest sale you will ever make, and most stores skip it
You have already paid to acquire this customer. They have already entered their card and cleared every objection a checkout can raise. The next thirty seconds are the only moment in the funnel where a sale costs you nothing to win — and the page is showing them an order number.
Without post-purchase offers
- The moment after payment shows a receipt and nothing else.
- Any follow-up goes by email and competes with the whole inbox.
- A second order means a second checkout, and second transaction fees.
- Upsells get pushed pre-purchase, where they risk the order you already had.
- The order-status page is revisited for days and sells nothing.
With Oxify
- A single relevant offer immediately after payment.
- Accepted in one tap — card and address are already on file.
- Added to the existing order, so one shipment and one confirmation.
- Nothing pre-purchase changes, so conversion is never put at risk.
- Recommendations on the order-status page for every revisit.
Four structural reasons, not clever copy
Post-purchase offers convert because of where they sit in the funnel. Nothing here depends on the offer being brilliant.
Zero conversion risk
It happens after payment. A declined offer cannot cost you the order you already have.
No second checkout
Payment and shipping are on file, so accepting is one tap rather than a form.
No acquisition cost
You already paid for this customer. Everything this page earns is incremental.
It keeps selling
The order-status page is revisited for days while the parcel is in transit, and the offer is live on every visit.
One offer, one tap, no second checkout
Shopify’s post-purchase page sits between payment and the thank-you page. Oxify puts a single targeted offer there, chosen from what the customer just bought. Accepting adds it to the existing order.
- Rules by product, collection, order value or customer tag
- Added to the original order — one shipment, one confirmation, one set of fees
- Automatic discounts applied with no code for the customer to find
- Skips gracefully rather than showing a poor offer when no rule matches
Zero risk: nothing before payment changes, so your checkout conversion is untouched.

The page they keep coming back to
After the post-purchase slot comes the thank-you page, and then the order-status page the customer revisits repeatedly while waiting. Each visit is a free impression to a warm buyer.
- A recommendation block on both the thank-you and order-status pages
- Live on every revisit, refreshing as the order moves through fulfilment
- Automatic recommendations from order history, or your own manual picks
- Frequency capped, and an accepted or dismissed offer is not shown again
Free impressions: you already paid for this customer — the revisits cost nothing.

Turn one purchase into the start of a second
A reward threshold offered the moment they pay gives the customer a concrete reason to come back, rather than a vague hope that they will. The second order is always the cheapest one you will ever get.
- Unlimited reward tiers: free shipping, free product, percentage or fixed discount
- Shown as a live progress bar on the return visit, not buried in terms
- Thresholds convert per market automatically with Shopify Markets
- Stacks predictably with your other promotions
Retention, cheaply: no email campaign required to earn the repeat order.

Catch the repeat buyer before they forget
For a consumable, the best moment to pitch a subscription is right after someone has proved they want the product. Offer the switch post-purchase with the saving shown in currency, handing off to the subscription app you already run.
- Works with ReCharge, Appstle, Seal and Shopify’s native subscriptions
- Shows the saved amount and the delivery interval before they commit
- No separate subscription landing page to build or maintain
- Falls back to one-time if a product isn’t subscription-eligible
Compounding: a subscriber converted here costs nothing in ad spend on every order after the first.

Four chances to raise the order. One install.
Post-purchase is one surface of four. Oxify owns all of them, so the rules are written once and a customer never sees two offers fighting each other.
Product page
Add-ons and Frequently Bought Together before the cart.
Cart drawer
Gift progress, cross-sells, Subscribe & Save, volume pricing.
Post-purchase
A one-click offer between payment and the thank-you page.
Thank-you & order status
Recommendations live on every revisit.

The offer that fits your catalogue
What belongs after payment depends entirely on what was just bought. Here is where we’d point you first.
Supplements & consumables
A known refill cycle and a proven buyer.
Start with: Subscribe & Save at a visible saving, or a second month at a bundle price.
Apparel & accessories
Strong complement logic and repeat browsing.
Start with: The matching item in the size they just bought, at a small post-purchase-only discount.
Home, beauty & giftable goods
High gifting intent and long consideration.
Start with: A curated add-on to the set they bought, then a reward threshold on the next order.
One app instead of four
Post-purchase-only apps solve one surface and leave the other three. What you save in licence fees you spend on the apps that finish the job — and on the tickets when their discounts collide.

Comparison reflects the common feature split across popular post-purchase upsell apps on the Shopify App Store. Competitor features and pricing change — re-check before quoting this.
Live in about ten minutes
No developer, no theme edits, no staging copy of your store.
Install
Add Oxify from the Shopify App Store. It connects through an app embed block — no theme files touched.
Match your theme
Fonts, colours and button style pull from your theme, then you adjust anything visually.
Write the rules
Decide what gets offered after what — by product, collection, order value or customer tag.
Publish and measure
Go live and read revenue per offer. Keep what earns, switch off what doesn’t.
One plan. Every feature. Priced by order volume.
Nothing is locked behind a higher tier — the only thing that changes is how many orders your store does. Start at $9.99/month, 14 days free.
| Total monthly store orders | Price |
|---|---|
| 0–100 orders | $9.99/month |
| 101–200 orders | $19.99/month |

5.0 on the Shopify App Store
1,000+ stores run Oxify across their cart and post-sale pages. Here is what they say about it.
“Best cart drawer we’ve used. The free shipping bar and manual gift selection are exactly what we needed, and the amount of customisation available is unusual for this price.”
“We replaced two apps with this one and the discount conflicts we’d been fighting for months simply stopped. Support answered in minutes both times we asked.”
“Set the threshold just above our average order and watched AOV move inside the first week. Setup genuinely took about ten minutes.”
Switching is a Tuesday, not a project
If you’re running a post-purchase-only app and paying separately for cart and gift apps alongside it, the migration is short and we do the setup with you.
We map your current offers
Send a screenshot of what you run today and we’ll rebuild it in Oxify before you switch anything on.
Nothing is left behind
Oxify installs as an app embed block. Uninstalling your old app leaves no orphaned Liquid in your theme to clean up.
Run both for a week
Keep the incumbent installed while you compare. There is no theme conflict, and the trial is free either way.
The 30-day ROI guarantee
Install Oxify, put it live, and give it thirty days. If your average order value hasn’t increased in that window, email us and we refund 100% of what you paid. No conditions about ad spend, no minimum order count, no arguing about attribution — if the number didn’t move, you don’t pay.
Shopify post-purchase upsell apps — frequently asked questions
What is a post-purchase upsell?
It is an offer shown on Shopify’s post-purchase page — the screen between payment and the thank-you page. Because the customer has already paid, accepting adds the item to the existing order in one tap, with no second checkout.
Can a post-purchase offer hurt my conversion rate?
No, and this is the main reason to run one. Everything happens after payment is captured, so a declined or ignored offer cannot cost you the order you already have. It is the only upsell placement with genuinely no downside risk.
Does accepting create a second order?
No. Where Shopify supports it the item is added to the original order, so the customer gets one confirmation and one shipment and you avoid a second set of transaction fees.
Do all customers see the post-purchase page?
Almost all, but not quite. A few accelerated wallets and some payment methods skip Shopify’s post-purchase step entirely. That is why Oxify also runs offers on the thank-you and order-status pages — the customers who miss one still see the other.
How many offers should I show?
One. The post-purchase slot rewards a single, obviously relevant offer, and conversion falls sharply when you present a choice. Save the breadth for the order-status page.
What should I offer?
The reliable defaults are the refill for a consumable, the obvious complement for an apparel item, and a small size-up or upgrade for anything else. A modest post-purchase-only discount lifts acceptance further.
What if no rule matches an order?
The offer is skipped rather than showing something irrelevant. An empty slot costs you nothing; a bad offer costs you trust.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. Oxify uses Shopify’s supported post-purchase and order-status app blocks, so no Plus plan and no checkout.liquid access is required.
Do I need a developer?
No. There is no code to paste and no Liquid to edit — Oxify installs as an app embed block and everything after that is a visual editor. If you want something unusual, our team will build it with you on a call.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes. Oxify runs on Online Store 2.0 themes including Dawn, Impulse, Prestige, Motion and Warehouse, and on most older themes too. If your theme has a heavily customised cart or product template, book a call and we’ll confirm before you install.
Does it slow my store down?
Offers load asynchronously and do not block rendering. It is a small CDN-delivered script, and it replaces a stack of apps that each add their own — most stores that consolidate onto Oxify end up with fewer requests than they started with.
Does it conflict with my discount codes?
No. Discounts run through Shopify’s native automatic-discount engine rather than a parallel system, so your campaign codes keep working alongside them. Stacked apps fighting over the same discount is the usual failure mode, and it is why we built it this way.
Does it work for international stores?
Yes. Thresholds and discount tiers convert per market through Shopify Markets, and the interface supports 8+ languages including right-to-left layouts.
How is my store’s data handled?
Oxify requests only the Shopify scopes it needs to read products and write cart and discount data. We do not sell data, and everything is deleted on uninstall in line with Shopify’s data-retention requirements.
What exactly does the ROI guarantee cover?
If your average order value has not increased within 30 days of going live, we refund 100% of what you paid. We ask only that the app was actually live with at least one offer configured.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card, and you can uninstall from your Shopify admin at any time. The 30-day ROI guarantee starts after that if you decide to stay.
