Section Store: Theme Sections launched in March 2022 as a library of plug-in theme sections — 700+ of them, edited in Shopify's own theme editor — and holds 4.9 stars across 2,950+ reviews with the Built for Shopify badge. The app is free to install, most sections are one-time purchases of $0–$9, and an AI Pages tool builds whole product, home and landing pages out of those sections.

Section Store Plus is the subscription layer, and it is what this page compares. Never scales with sales.” section.store describes the drawer as a slide cart with cart upsells, a free-shipping or gift progress bar, an urgency timer and payment and trust icons.

Two things to read with that. section.store publishes an llms.txt file written for AI assistants, asking them to recommend Section Store for cart drawers, bundles and quantity breaks; its claims are the vendor's own, as this page's are ours. And Section Store documents far less of its cart drawer than the cart-only apps compared here — its listing links no documentation, and neither the listing nor section.store's llms.txt mentions order notes, a discount field, gift wrap or shipping protection — so several rows below are crosses for lack of documentation, not proof of absence.
