Welcome to the Oxify Partner Program. This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for partners who promote Oxify products and services.
By participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program Overview
The Oxify Partner Program allows approved partners to promote Oxify products to merchants, agencies, and eCommerce businesses.
Partners operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Oxify.
2. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are expected to represent Oxify in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Partners May:
- Promote Oxify products and services to potential customers
- Educate prospects about features and use cases
- Refer qualified businesses through Oxify’s official tracking system
Partners May Not:
- Misrepresent pricing, features, or product capabilities
- Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives
- Make contractual commitments on behalf of Oxify
- Use deceptive marketing practices
Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program.
3. Commission Structure
- Partners earn 15% commission on subscription revenue generated from referred customers.
- Commissions are paid for 12 months from the customer’s first paid subscription date.
- Commission is calculated on net revenue, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
- No commission is paid on free trials, unpaid accounts, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Lead Registration & Attribution
- All referrals must be submitted through Oxify’s official tracking system.
- The first partner to register a qualified lead receives credit.
- Oxify’s internal records determine final attribution in case of disputes.
5. Payment Terms
- Commissions are calculated monthly.
- Payments are issued within 30 days after month-end.
- Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed options.
- Partners are responsible for their own taxes and compliance obligations.
6. Confidentiality
Partners must protect all non-public information shared by Oxify, including but not limited to:
- Pricing details
- Product roadmaps
- Customer information
- Internal processes and tools
Confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of the partnership.
7. Brand & Intellectual Property
All Oxify branding, software, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Oxify.
Partners may only use approved marketing materials and must follow brand guidelines. Participation in the program does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. Non-Exclusivity
This is a non-exclusive partnership. Both Oxify and the Partner may engage in other partnerships or business activities.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice.
Oxify reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, or breach of this policy.
Upon termination:
- Valid unpaid commissions will be settled
- All promotional activities must cease
- Use of Oxify branding must stop immediately
10. Limitation of Liability
Oxify is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Total liability under this program will not exceed the commissions paid to the partner in the previous three months.
11. Indemnification
Partners agree to indemnify and hold Oxify harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- False or misleading statements
- Unauthorized commitments
- Improper use of Oxify branding
- Violations of applicable laws
12. Policy Updates
Oxify may update this Partner Policy with prior notice. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
