Already running Rebuy or another upsell app?
Yes. We audit what you have first. If your current setup is already doing the job we'll say so, and you keep the audit either way. If there's a gap, we show you what it's worth before you change anything.
Do I have to build anything myself?
No. We audit, pick the offers, build the flow, style it to your brand and QA it on your theme. Your only job is to approve what goes live.
Will this hurt my checkout conversion?
No. The offers run on the product page, in the cart drawer and after payment. They never sit between the customer and the checkout button, and post-purchase offers fire after the order is placed.
Do you need access to my store?
Only standard Shopify collaborator access, granted from your own admin. It's scoped, logged and revocable anytime. Many builds happen live on the call with you driving, so often we need none.
What does it cost?
The call, the audit and the build are free. The app is billed through Shopify by monthly orders, up to $149.99/mo for high-volume stores. Shopify Plus brands that want a dedicated account manager, a Slack or Teams channel and custom integrations take the Enterprise plan at $299/mo. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and if the build doesn't pay for the app in 30 days, we refund the month.
